    摘要:

    为提高液压偏置圆盘耙设计的效率与准确性,在规模化定制理论的指导下,以VB语言作为开发工具,SolidWorks2017为开发平台,将系统模块化设计技术和面向对象的参数化技术引入到偏置圆盘耙的变型设计中,融合参数化设计技术、装配草图技术、工程图调整技术,开发液压偏置圆盘耙参数化设计系统。利用该系统,能缩短产品的研发及改进周期,实现高效率、低成本地研发新产品,使得液压偏置圆盘耙的生产对个性化的市场需求能够作出快速响应

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the design of hydraulic offset disc harrow, under the guidance of the mass customization theory, the VB language was used as the development tool, SolidWorks 2017 was used as the development platform, the system modular design technology and objectoriented parametric technology were introduced into the variant design of offset disc harrow. The hydraulic offset disc harrow parametric design system was developed by integrating parametric design technology, assembly sketch technology and engineering drawing adjustment technology. By using this system, the product development and improvement cycle can be shortened, and new products can be developed efficiently and cheaply, so that the production of hydraulic offset disc harrow can respond quickly to the personalized market requirements
