    摘要:

    针对传统理论解析法计算挖掘机作业过程中整机挖掘力存在仅能得到特定姿态下离散数据点的问题,提出一种基于空间挖掘轨迹的整机挖掘力求解方法。该方法利用虚拟样机技术建立仿真模型,采用载荷谱测试的油缸位移、压力作为仿真输入条件计算整个挖掘范围内的挖掘力曲线。实验结果表明:该方法准确可靠,能够为挖掘机静、动态结构分析提供载荷数据。

    Abstract:

    According to the problems of only obtaining discrete data under specific position of excavator when the digging force is computed with traditional theoretical analysis method,a new way was presented for calculating the digging force corresponding to the excavating trajectory.The simulation model was built based on the virtual prototype technology,the cylinder displacement and pressure coming from the load experiment were taken as simulation input data to calculate the digging force in the whole digging area.The experimental result shows that this calculating method is correct and can provide load data for the static and dynamic analysis of the excavator.
