    摘要:

    针对制造业水平的不断发展对检测技术提出高精度、高速度、低误差的要求,提出一套工件尺寸与划痕检测算法。该算法基于OpenCV视觉库与工业相机,在适当的光源平台下运行,提取工件的轮廓尺寸和表面划痕,再利用相机标定参数求解出工件的实际尺寸。检测结果表明:提出的检测算法比传统的Hough变换直线检测算法检测误差小,划痕检测十分精确。

    Abstract:

    In view of the continuous development of manufacturing industry,high accuracy,high speed and low error are required for the detection technology.A detection algorithm for workpiece size and scratch in industrial manufacturing was presented.The algorithm was based on the combination of OpenCV vision library and industrial camera,and operated under the appropriate light source platform to extract the outline size of the workpiece and surface scratches.Then camera calibration parameters were used to solve the actual size of the workpiece.The detection results show that the proposed detection algorithm has a smaller error than the traditional Hough transform detection algorithm,and the scratch detection is very accurate.
