    摘要:

    在视觉测量领域,测量值和真实值之间会不可避免地出现测量误差,尤其是在精密测量系统中,因此,如何减少测量误差成为精密测量中需要解决的关键问题。以GSI编码点为例,在介绍几种常用GSI编码点质心定位算法的基础上,选取适合GSI编码点的质心定位算法。同时分析GSI编码点成像的灰度分布和信噪比等影响因素,并针对测量距离的不同提出优化曝光时间来减少GSI编码点视觉测量误差的方法。最后通过实物实验进行验证并进行了误差分析,实验结果表明优化曝光时间对提高GSI编码点视觉测量精度具有一定作用。

    Abstract:

    In the visual survey,measuring error is existed inevitable between observed value and real value.How to reduce measurement error becomes the key problem that needs to be solved in precision measurement,particularly in the high precision measurement system.GSI coding point was taken as an example,and the centroid localization algorithm of GSI coding points was selected based on the introduction of several commonly point centroid localization algorithms of GSI coding points.At the same time,the gray factor distribution and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of GSI coding point were analyzed.And the method of optimizing the exposure time to reduce the GSI coding point visual measurement error was proposed due to the difference of measurement distance.Finally,it was verified by physical experiment and the error analysis was carried out.The experimental results show that the optimized exposure time has a certain effect on improving the accuracy of GSI coding point visual measurement.
