    摘要:

    为了降低阻力型风力机逆风侧负转矩对风轮效率的不利影响,提出一种具有直角变桨功能垂直轴阻力型风力机。通过理论分析和计算,建立风力机的效率系数预测模型,得到风力机运行的最适宜叶尖速比和最大效率。利用数值仿真软件,使用动网格方法对风力机的运行状态进行瞬态仿真运算,分析风力机运行过程中的流场和气动参数变化。仿真结果表明:风力机在叶尖速比为026附近时效率最高,最高可以达到028。仿真结果基本符合理论预测模型计算结果。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the adverse effect of negative torque on the wind turbine efficiency, a kind of wind turbine with vertical shaft resistance and right-angle paddle function was proposed. Through theoretical analysis and calculation, a prediction model of wind turbine efficiency coefficient was established, and the optimal tip velocity ratio and maximum efficiency were obtained. Using the numerical simulation software, the transient simulation operation of the wind turbine was carried out by using the dynamic grid method, and the changes of flow field and aerodynamic parameters during the operation of the wind turbine were analyzed. The simulation results show that the efficiency of wind turbine is the highest when the tip velocity ratio is around 026, and the highest efficiency can reach 028. The simulation results basically accord with the calculation results of the theoretical prediction model.
