As a typical tribological system, aerospace bearings have high wear, failure under high speed, high load and high temperature conditions. As a product of bearing wear process, abrasive particle can reflect the evolution of wear state in real time, so it has become an important indicator of oil monitoring. The method of extracting abrasive particle information in aerospace bearing test and its early warning method in wear faults were focused on. The multiparameter correlation analysis method was used to obtain the reduced parameter set. Then through parameter fitting regression and verification of normal distribution, the warning criterion of wear failure based on 3σ was established. Finally, the effectiveness of the method was verified by the process data of aerospace bearing fatigue test.The research provides reference for the abrasive particle monitoring method and wear fault warning of aviation bearings.
