    摘要:

    为提高混凝土搅拌车运输罐设计效率,提高制造过程材料利用率,设计出卸料残余率低混凝土搅拌车运输罐。根据可拓理论建立了混凝土搅拌车运输罐的结构物元模型,建立罐体叶片的物元模型与叶片前锥段、中筒段和后锥段的分物元模型,确定叶片螺旋角的重要依据之一的物料下滑角以及叶片设计的其他几何特征参数。设计出罐体的下料方案,并优选出较优下料方案,可节省材料20%。应用可拓理论的拓展、变换解决了设计制造中的矛盾问题,得出了良好焊接工艺方案,使罐体的设计强度达到预期要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the design efficiency of concrete mixer truck transport tank and the material utilization rate in the manufacturing process, a concrete mixer truck transport tank with low discharge residue rate was designed. According to extension theory, the structural matterelement model of concrete mixer truck transport tank was established. The matterelement model of tank blade and the sub matterelement models of blade front cone section, middle cylinder section and rear cone section were established. The material glide angle, which was one of the important basis for determining blade helix angle, and other geometric characteristic parameters of blade were determined. The baiting scheme of tank was designed, and a better baiting scheme was optimized, which could save 20% 〖JP2〗of material. The extension and transformation of the extension theory were applied to solve the contradictions in the design and manufacture, and a good welding process scheme was obtained, so that the design strength of the tank body could meet the expected requirements.
