    摘要:

    针对核工业热室内建立视频监控系统的需求,提出了一种辐射环境专用的高精度伺服云台方案:云台采用双层箱体结构,能带动摄像头进行双自由度旋转变位;设置了快插离合机构,使云台作为独立模块工作并能通过机械手进行快速拆装;对电气元件进行了耐辐射改进,组建了能在高辐射环境中可靠工作的闭环伺服控制系统;利用谐波减速原理优化了传动结构、减小了设备体积和惯量,以提高运动及定位精度;利用导电滑环布线,将电缆完全屏蔽于云台内部,并在云台连续转动时能防止电缆缠绕;为核工业自动化设备提供了模块化快换结构方案和维修性设计思路。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the requirement of video monitoring system in the hot cell of nuclear industry,a kind of high precision pantilt turntable for radiation environment was proposed.In order to drive the camera to revolve around two axes,a doublelayer stucture was applied.A clutch mechanism was designed,by which the pantilt turntable could be worked as an independent module and be repaired by a manipulator.The radiation resistance of servo motor and feedback elements was improved and a closedloop control system which could work reliably in radiation environment was established.Harmonic gear reducers were adopted,which made the transmission systems have the advantages of small volume,compact structure and better positioning accuracy.By using slip rings,the electrical cables were completely shielded in the stainless steel casing and could never be twisted while working.This provides a new idea for the modularization and maintainability of automation equipments in nuclear industry.
