    摘要:

    液压电梯具有运行平稳、乘坐舒适、承载力大、噪声小、安装灵活、运行维护简便等优点,在国内外中低层电梯市场具有巨大的应用前景。然而,液压电梯较高的运行功率和能耗有悖于现代电梯工业绿色节能的发展理念,成为制约液压电梯发展和推广的主要瓶颈,因此,降低运行功率与能耗对液压电梯技术的发展具有重要的意义。综述了基于节能的液压电梯系统设计与优化的研究进展,为液压电梯节能技术研究提供参考,并展望了液压电梯节能技术发展的研究前景。

    Abstract:

    Hydraulic elevators have many advantages, covering smooth operation, comfortable ride, large bearing force, low noise, flexible installation, low operation and maintenance requirements, etc. Therefore, hydraulic elevators demonstrate huge application prospects in the middle and lowrise elevator market at home and abroad. Nevertheless, the problems of high installed power and serious energy consumption restrict the application and development of hydraulic elevators. Because environmental protection and energy conservation are the development concepts of modern elevator industry. From this perspective, it is of great significance to reduce the operation power and energy consumption for the development of hydraulic elevator technology. The research progress of design and optimization of hydraulic elevator system for energy saving were summarized, providing reference for the development of energy saving technology of hydraulic elevator. Finally, the research prospects of energysaving technology of hydraulic elevator were presented.
