    摘要:

    智能制造是制造业转型升级的重要发展方向。工业机器人、智能制造设备监控管理系统、加工中心是智能制造生产线的重要组成部分。以组建生产压缩机壳体的智能制造生产线为目标,对各组成单元进行选型、设计与组合调试。利用SolidWorks软件对生产线各单元进行三维建模和空间布局;运用Visual Component软件加载生产线模型,设置单元之间接口与信号的连接,编程并进行模拟仿真;根据仿真结果验证并优化生产线功能。根据模型和仿真结果完成智能制造实际生产线的组建。该设计为智能制造生产线的组建和应用提供参考

    Abstract:

    Intelligent manufacturing is an important development direction for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing. Industrial robot, intelligent manufacturing equipment monitoring and management system, and processing center are important components of intelligent manufacturing lines.In order to construct an intelligent manufacturing production line for the production of the compressor housing, the selection, design and combination debugging for each component were carried out.SolidWorks software was used to carry out threedimensional modeling and spatial layout for each part of the production line; Visual Component software was used to load the production line model, to set the connection between interface and signal,to program, and to carry the simulation. According to the simulation results, the functions of the production line were verified and optimized. According to the model and simulation results, the actual intelligent manufacturing production line was constructed. The design provides reference for the construction and application of intelligent manufacturing production line
