    摘要:

    刀具钝化非对称刃口形状因子是影响温度场与应力场的重要因素之一,而形状因子会改变刃口处的分流点高度、剪切角以及实际切削负前角,在彼此相互作用下使温度场与应力场发生变化。采用三维软件SolidWorks建立不同形状因子的硬质合金刀具模型,通过有限元软件AdvantEdge建立刀具非对称刃口钝化铣削45钢的仿真模型,研究不同形状因子对温度场与应力场的影响规律。结果表明:随着形状因子的增大,最高切削温度增加,而最高应力区域面积呈现先增大后减小的趋势。

    Abstract:

    Tool passivation asymmetric edge shape factor is one of the important factors affecting the temperature field and stress field. However, the height of the split point,the shear angle and the actual negative cut front angle at the cutting edge change with the change of shape factor, and the temperature field and the stress field are changed under the interaction of each other.The cemented carbide milling tool model with different shape factors was established by using SolidWorks,the simulation model of cutting 45 steel with tool with passivation asymmetric cutting edge was established by using the finite element software AdvantEdge, and the influence law of different shape factors on temperature field and stress field was studied. The results show that with the increase of the shape factor, the maximum cutting temperature increases, while the area of the highest stress field increases first and then decreases.
