    摘要:

    弹簧是构成油封的重要部件,准确预测弹簧所产生的径向力大小对油封弹簧的设计及选取具有重要意义。通过MATLAB软件建立了油封弹簧径向力的分析与计算模型,可以实现弹簧径向力的估算,并能反算出特定径向力所需的弹簧长度。同时设计了用户使用界面,生成了可独立运行的软件;通过径向力测量仪验证了软件计算结果的正确性,为油封弹簧的设计选型提供了一种方便快捷的分析工具。

    Abstract:

    Spring is an important part of the oil seal. It is very important to accurately predict the radial force generated by springs for the design and selection of oil seal springs.Analysis and calculation model of the spring radial force was established by using MATLAB software. By using the model, the spring radial force can be estimated and the spring length required for a particular radial force can be calculated.User interface was designed, and the software that could be run independently was generated; the correctness of the software calculation results was verified by using the radial force measurement instrument. It provides a convenient and quick analysis tool for the design and selection of oil seal springs
