      针对目前激光器切割不锈钢板时切割速度计算精度低的问题,首先分析不锈钢的材质特性,运用MATLAB软件对不同温度下比热容和热导率数值进行数据拟合,分别得到比热容和热导率与温度的函数关系;然后分析激光器切割不〖JP+1〗锈钢板过程中的能量传递规律,结合能量守恒定律建立了热平衡方程,即材料所吸收的总能量等于切缝材料加热至熔点吸收的能量、热传导损失的能量和材料的熔化潜热之和,推导出切割速度与其他工艺参数的函数关系式;最后在激光切割机上进行实验。切割实验结果表明:计算得到的切割速度与实验得到的最佳切割速度十分吻合,该方法可以指导实际加工。
英文摘要:
      In view of the low calculation accuracy for laser cutting speed when cutting stainless steel plates, the stainless steel material characteristics were analyzed, MATLAB software was used to fit the data of specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity at different temperatures, and the functional relationships between specific heat capacity and temperature, thermal conductivity and temperature were obtained respectively. Then, the energy transfer law in the process of cutting stainless steel plate by laser was analyzed, and the heat balance equation was established in combination with the law of conservation of energy, i.e. the total energy absorbed by the material was equal to the sum of the energy absorbed by heating the slit material to the melting point, the energy lost in heat conduction and the latent heat of melting of the material, and the functional relationship between cutting speed and other process parameters was deduced.Finally, an experiment was carried out on a laser cutting machine. The cutting experiment results show that the calculated cutting speed is in good agreement with the optimal cutting speed obtained by the experiment, and the method can be used to guide the actual processing.
