    摘要:

    为了提高对外径千分尺刻度识别的准确性,设计了适合工业相机拍摄的照明系统。分析了照明光源影响因素,设计了环形光源和圆顶光源。利用Tracepro进行仿真实验,在环形光源和圆顶光源照射下均匀性分别为72.2%和74.6%。确定照明系统参数,并对照明系统进行了实物验证,确定了最佳照明系统。设计的照明系统能清晰地照亮千分尺的示值面,有利于捕捉到高质量的图像,提高刻度识别的准确性。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the identification accuracy of external diameter micrometer calibration, a lighting system suitable for industrial cameras was designed.The influence factor of lighting source was analyzed, the ring light source and dome light source were designed. The simulation experiment was carried out by using Tracepro. The uniformity was 72.2% and 74.6% under the ring light source and the dome light source respectively. The parameters of the lighting system were determined, and the lighting system was physically verified, by which the optimal lighting system was determined. The designed lighting system can clearly illuminate the indicator surface of the micrometer, which is conducive to capture high quality images and improve the accuracy of scale identification.
