      针对6061铝合金车身和科技横梁积木制作的创客机器人运动不稳定问题,使用3D打印轻量化技术制造创客机器人车身,减轻了其质量、优化了其结构、改进了其性能。通过有限元分析仿真6061铝合金车身和3D打印轻量化车身的总体刚度,通过对比验证了3D打印创客机器人车身的刚度满足要求。基于FDM打印原理和设置最优切片参数3D打印了创客机器人车身,进行了轻量化效果分析和不同填充率下弹性模量的研究,解决了创客机器人运动不稳定的问题
英文摘要:
      For the instability of the maker robots which body is made with 6061 aluminum alloy and plastic blocks,the 3D printing lightweight technology was used to manufacture the body of the maker robot,so the weight was reduced,the structure is optimized and the performance was improved.The overall stiffness of the 6061 aluminum alloy body and the 3D printed lightweight body was simulated by finite element analysis.The stiffness of the 3D printing maker robot body was verified by comparison.Based on FDM printing principle and setting the optimal slicing parameters,the maker robot body was printed in 3D,and the lightweight effect analysis and the elastic modulus under different filling rates were studied to solve the problem of unstable motion of the maker robot
