    摘要:

    针对某型航空液压油泵的工况复杂、故障模式多样、样本数据匮乏及诊断难等问题,分析了液压泵的故障模式和特征频率,根据4种典型故障模式和8种工况设计了故障模拟试验方案,并搭建了液压泵故障模拟软硬件试验平台。以磨损故障为例,对振动故障数据实现了采集和故障特征分析,验证了平台的有效性和诊断的可行性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the complicated working conditions of a certain type of aviation hydraulic oil pump,a lot of failure modes,the lack of sample data and the difficulty of diagnosis,the failure modes and characteristic frequencies of the hydraulic pump were analyzed.The fault simulation test scheme was designed for the four typical failure modes and eight working conditions respectively.The hydraulic pump fault simulation software and hardware test platform were built to simulate different kind of faults.The wear fault was taken as an example to analyze the fault data and the fault characteristics.The effectiveness of the platform and the feasibility of the diagnosis method were verified
