      为确保机电设备运行的可靠性,需要对设备进行及时维护。对机电设备的可靠度和维护成本进行研究,能提高设备的工作效率,并对降低设备生产总成本具有重要意义。基于零件失效概率密度函数,建立机电设备的系统可靠度模型和维护成本模型。并以正态分布为例,仿真分析了零件失效概率密度函数的参数、维护周期对系统可靠度和维护成本的影响

      In order to ensure the work reliability of electromechanical equipment,it is necessary to maintain the equipment in time.Study on reliability and maintenance cost of electromechanical equipment is great significance to improve the efficiency and to reduce the production total cost of equipment.The system reliability model and maintenance cost model of electromechanical equipment were established based on the failure probability density function of parts.Taking the normal distribution for example,the influence caused by the parameters of parts failure probability density function,maintenance cycle on the system reliability and maintenance cost were analyzed by simulation.
