    摘要:

    为提高凸轮轴的生产效率,基于遗传算法对传统凸轮轴生产线设备布局进行优化。以凸轮轴生产线物流费用最低为目标函数,生产车间总长度、总宽度、设备间保留最小间距等为约束条件,建立凸轮轴生产线数学模型,通过MATLAB软件求得最优解。根据所求得的布局解,利用Flexsim仿真软件对凸轮轴车间机床布局进行仿真。结果表明:凸轮轴的日产量明显增加,设备布局优化后的物流费用降低,达到了预期目标。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the production efficiency of camshaft, the facility layout of traditional camshaft production line was optimized based on genetic algorithm. Taking the lowest logistics cost of camshaft production line as the objective function, the total length, width and the minimum distance between equipments as the constraints, the mathematical model of camshaft production line was established, and the optimal solution was obtained by using MATLAB software. According to the obtained layout solution, the machine tool layout model of camshaft workshop was simulated by using Flexsim software. The results show that the daily output of camshaft increases obviously, the logistics cost is decreases after the facility layout is optimized, and the expected target is achieved.
