形内自相似六边形蜂窝结构的应变能密度优化方法

    摘要:

    层级材料具有优异的力学性能和吸能特性。提出一种面内分形的形内自相似六边形蜂窝结构,运用应变能密度优化方法,对三维形内自相似六边形蜂窝结构进行尺寸优化,分别得到应变能密度最大和应变能密度最小的优化结构,并与未经优化的形内自相似蜂窝结构及典型的圆形蜂窝结构进行吸能特性比较。结果表明:应变能密度最大的自相似蜂窝结构比应变能密度最小的结构吸能特性强,但整体刚性相比较弱,应变能密度最小的形内自相似蜂窝结构抗冲击刚性较强;两种应变能密度不同的形内自相似六边形蜂窝结构都具有较强的吸能特性,其比吸能比未经优化的形内自相似蜂窝结构和典型圆形蜂窝较好。结构的自相似分形方式和应变能密度优化能够很好改善蜂窝结构的耐撞性和吸能特性,同时实现结构轻量化。

    Abstract:

    The graded materials have excellent mechanical properties and energy absorption properties.An inplane fractal selfsimilar hexagonal honeycomb structure was proposed.The strain energy density optimization method was used to optimize the size of the selfsimilar hexagonal honeycomb structure in threedimensional shape,and the optimized structures with the maximum strain energy density and the lowest strain energy density were obtained respectively.Their energy absorption characteristics were compared with the unoptimized inshape selfsimilar honeycomb structure and the typical circular honeycomb structure.The results show that the selfsimilar honeycomb structure with the highest strain energy density has stronger energy absorption characteristics than the structure with the smallest strain energy density,but the overall rigidity is weak.The inshape selfsimilar honeycomb structure with the smallest strain energy density has strong impact rigidity.The two selfsimilar hexagonal honeycomb structures with different strain energy densities have strong energy absorption characteristics,and the specific energy absorption ratio is better than the unoptimized inshape selfsimilar honeycomb structure and the typical circular honeycomb.The selfsimilar fractal method and the strain energy density optimization can improve the crashworthiness and energy absorption characteristics of the honeycomb structure,at the same time realize the lightweight structure.
