      为了提高电磁阀的控制性能,提出一种基于STC单片机的电磁阀组控制方案。采用集成的H桥电路与PWM调速原理设计了电磁阀组的驱动电路,结合一种线性电流传感器完成电流采集,实现电流控制及工作状态的监控。通过以太网与上位机进行通信,完成了采集数据及控制命令的高速传输。测试结果表明电磁阀组工作稳定,激励脉冲型电流控制的重复度高,可见此控制器工作稳定可靠、控制精度高

      In order to improve the control performance of the solenoid valve, a controller for solenoid valve group based on STC-MCU was proposed. The DC solenoid driver circuit was designed based on H-bridge integrated circuit and PWM control. A linear current sensor was used to realize current control and working status monitoring. The high-speed transmission with the upper computer for data acquisition and control command were completed by Ethernet communication. The testing results show that the solenoid valve group works stably and the repetition rate of excitation pulse type current control is high. It can be seen that the controller, with high control precision, is stable and reliable
