    摘要:

    针对复杂曲面零件表面质量问题溯源耗时长问题,设计表面质量测试件,提出基于试件的零件表面质量问题解耦优化方法,建立五轴联动数控机床机电耦合特性向表面质量测试件的解耦映射,实现了零件表面质量问题的快速溯源。结合弱刚度环节机械调整和控制参数整定方法,将零件表面粗糙度由Ra1.6~3.4 μm降低至Ra0.8 μm,实现了表面质量的有效提升。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the time consuming problem tracing surface quality problem of complex curved parts machined by fiveaxis NC machine tool,the surface quality test piece was designed.The decoupling optimization method of part surface quality problem based on specimen was studied,the decoupling mapping from electromechanical coupling characteristic of machine tool to surface quality test part was established,and the rapid traceability of the surface quality problem of parts was realized.Combined with the mechanical adjustment and control parameter setting method of weak stiffness link,the surface roughness of the parts is reduced from Ra1.6~ 3.4 μm to Ra0.8 μm,and the surface quality is improved effectively.
