      对时变风载条件下,风电机组增速行星轮系产生的振动冲击对装备疲劳寿命的影响进行研究。以1.5 MW风电机组2K-H斜齿增速行星轮系为研究对象,建立Davenport风速模型,通过有限元分析行星轮系振动激励响应,获取输入载荷的功率谱密度(PSD), 拟合材料S-N曲线。采用Lalanne频域疲劳损伤理论,在nCodeDesignLife软件中对行星轮系疲劳寿命进行分析,获得了行星轮系疲劳破坏分布及理论使用年限,为前期增速行星轮系寿命的可靠性设计提供理论依据
英文摘要:
      The influence of the vibration shock caused by the speed-increasing planetary gear train of wind turbines on the fatigue life of the equipment was studied under time varying wind load conditions. Taking the 1.5 MW wind turbines 2K-H helical gear speed increasing planetary gear train as the research object, the Davenport wind speed model was established. The vibration excitation response of the planetary gear train was analyzed by finite element method, the power spectral density (PSD) of the input load was obtained, and the S-N curve of the material was fitted. The fatigue life of the planetary gear train was analyzed in the nCodeDesignLife software by using the Lalanne frequency domain fatigue damage theory. The fatigue failure distribution and the theoretical service life of the planetary gear train were obtained. It provides a theoretical basis for reliability design of the previous speed increasing planetary gear train life.
