    摘要:

    针对现有直线推杆测试装置存在的负载加载不稳定、人工读取测试数据不准确的问题,设计一种新型的直线推杆综合测试仪。该测试仪使用伺服电机+滚珠丝杠螺母副的机构替代原有的气缸加载恒定负载,通过伺服电机内置编码器间接检测推杆的行程和锁紧力间隙大小,使用电流传感器、应变式力传感器实时检测测试过程中推杆电机电流、负载的大小和方向。测试结束后系统自动计算各物理量,与设定的标准值对比验证产品是否合格。试验结果表明:该测试仪加载的负载稳定且误差小,自动化程度高,漏检率低,达到了设计要求。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of unstable load and inaccurate manual reading of test data in the existing linear pushrod testing device, a new type of comprehensive tester for linear pushrod was designed. Servo motor and ball screw pair were used to replace the original cylinder loading constant load. The travel and locking force gap of the pushrod were indirectly detected by the builtin encoder of the servo motor, and the magnitude and direction of the current and load of the pushrod motor in the test process were detected by current sensor and strain force sensor. The touch screen collected and recorded the current, load and travel and displayed them with realtime curves. The average and maximum values were automatically calculated after test, and then compared with the set standard parameters to give the conclusion whether the product was qualified or not. In order to test the effectiveness of the comprehensive tester, 20 pushrods of two types were tested on the machine. The test results show that the loading force is stable and the error is small, the automation degree is high,the missed detection rate is low, which meets the design requirements.
