Abstract:Aiming at the problems of unstable load and inaccurate manual reading of test data in the existing linear pushrod testing device, a new type of comprehensive tester for linear pushrod was designed. Servo motor and ball screw pair were used to replace the original cylinder loading constant load. The travel and locking force gap of the pushrod were indirectly detected by the builtin encoder of the servo motor, and the magnitude and direction of the current and load of the pushrod motor in the test process were detected by current sensor and strain force sensor. The touch screen collected and recorded the current, load and travel and displayed them with realtime curves. The average and maximum values were automatically calculated after test, and then compared with the set standard parameters to give the conclusion whether the product was qualified or not. In order to test the effectiveness of the comprehensive tester, 20 pushrods of two types were tested on the machine. The test results show that the loading force is stable and the error is small, the automation degree is high,the missed detection rate is low, which meets the design requirements.
