    摘要:

    针对数控装置在电快速瞬变脉冲群测试中由于线缆间串扰而导致的启停开关误动的问题,根据实际测试情况,利用CST线缆工作室软件进行建模分析和仿真计算。主要从线缆间距和线缆类型两方面进行仿真。结果表明:线缆间距越大,受干扰强度越小。对单线而言,当间距为3 cm时,产生的感应电压峰峰值为5.42 V;线间距为5 cm时,产生的感应电压峰峰值为3.08 V。在干扰强度较大的3 cm处,采用双绞线和同轴屏蔽线分别进行实验,结果表明:同轴屏蔽线效果最好,产生的感应电压峰峰值为0.68 V。通过仿真能够很好地模拟出数控装置线缆间的串扰,从而为数控装置EMC设计优化提供参考,进而提高数控系统的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    There is the problem that the start and stop switch misoperation of NC device caused by the crosstalk between cables in the electric fast transient pulse group test. According to the actual test situation, CST cable studio software was used to make modeling analysis and simulation calculation. The simulation was mainly carried out from two aspects of cable spacing and cable type. The results show that the larger the cable spacing is, the smaller the interference intensity is. For single wire, when the spacing is 3 cm, the induced voltage peak-to-peak value is 5.42 V; when the wire spacing is 5 cm, the induced voltage peak-to-peak value is 3.08 V. At the 3 cm with higher interference intensity, twistedpair line and coaxial shielded line were used in the experiment. The results show that the coaxial shielded line has the best effect and the induced voltage peak-to-peak value is 0.68 V. Through the simulation, the crosstalk between the cables in NC device can be well simulated, so as to provide reference for the optimization of the NC device design, and then improve the reliability of the NC system.
