    摘要:

    铺粉是选择性激光熔化(SLM)工艺的关键动作,现有SLM成形设备多以单向铺粉为主,铺粉空程时间长。少部分设备配置双向铺粉装置,但结构复杂、稳定性差。为解决以上问题,研制了一种结构简单的单刀双向铺粉装置。该装置采用上置粉仓供粉,通过推板控制粉末下落方向。针对该装置进行了大量试验,结果表明:该双向铺粉装置稳定性好、铺粉空程时间较短,同时在铺粉过程中能将成形表面存在的凸起或锐边切削掉,保证铺粉平面的平整性。通过设计不同宽度的落粉槽,可使该装置满足多种类粉末铺粉要求,具有广泛的适用性。

    Abstract:

    Powder laying is the key action of selective laser melting (SLM) process.The existing SLM forming equipment is mainly unidirectional powder laying,which takes a long idle time.A small number of equipment are equipped with bidirectional powder laying,but the structure is complex and the stability is poor.In order to solve the above problems,a singleknife bidirectional powder laying device was developed.In the device,the upper powder bin was used for powder supply,and the powder falling direction was controlled by the push plate.A large number of tests were carried out on the device.The results show that the bidirectional powder laying device has good stability,short idle time.At the same time,the convex or sharp edges existing on the forming surface can be cut off in the process of powder laying to ensure the flatness of the powder laying plane.By designing powder drop grooves with different widths,the device can meet the powder laying requirements of many kinds of powder and has wide range of applicability.
