    摘要:

    瓦斯浓度是石油化工、煤矿开采作业中危害生产安全的重要因素,因此必须通过科学的手段实现瓦斯浓度快速、精确的检测。以煤矿井下瓦斯浓度监测为研究对象,探讨光纤气体传感器的工作原理,并基于光纤气体传感器进行井下瓦斯浓度监测系统设计。经过模拟实验和实测检验,验证了所设计的系统灵敏度高、响应速度快,适用于恶劣工况下的气体浓度检测。

    Abstract:

    Gas concentration is an important factor endangering production safety in petrochemical and coal mining operations,so it is necessary to achieve rapid and accurate concentration detection for this gas through scientific means.The detection of underground coal mines gas concentration was taken as the research object,the working principle of the optical fiber gas sensor was discussed,and the underground gas concentration monitoring system was designed based on the optical fiber gas sensor.Through simulation experiment and actual measurement,it is verified that the designed system has high sensitivity and fast response speed,and it is suitable for gas concentration detection under harsh working conditions.
