    摘要:

    针对激光加工技术文件中矢量图技术文件的画法设置提出了注意事项。由于激光加工木材的复杂性,选择在高速下切割落叶松,采用正交试验法对单次切割和5次重复切割的技术参数变化趋势进行分析。结果表明:单次切割时,镜头高对缝深和缝宽影响最为明显,其次是切割速度,最后是功率,故应先调整镜头高;5次切割时,首要考虑的是功率,其次是镜头高和切割速度。为了使结果更直观,提出三维图分析方式,并给出画法规定。利用该方法,可根据分析目标的需求,对不同参数的变化规律进行单因素和多因素分析。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the vector diagram drawing method setting in laser processing technology documents,the points needing attention were put forward.Because of the complexity of laser processing wood,the larch was cut at high speed,and the changing trend of technical parameters in single cutting and 5 times repeated cutting was analyzed by using the orthogonal experiment.The results show that the lens height has the most obvious effect on the seam depth and seam width in the single cutting,then the cutting speed,and finally the power,so the lens height should be adjusted first.In 5 times cutting,power is the primary consideration,followed by lens height and cutting speed.In order to make the results more intuitive,the three dimensional graph analysis method was put forward and the drawing rules were given.By using the method,the univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were carried out for the change rule of different parameters,according to the needs of the analysis target.
