    摘要:

    为揭示工艺参数独立作用和交互作用对高频振动时效效果的影响规律,提出基于多元函数逼近的高频振动时效工艺参数研究方法。基于多元函数逼近法建立高频振动时效效果与工艺参数之间的定量化函数模型,给出定量化函数模型的实验构建方法,并基于实验数据构建定量化函数模型,在此基础上研究独立工艺参数和工艺参数的交互作用对高频振动时效效果的影响。结果表明:单个工艺参数独立作用时,高频振动时效效果受到激振频率的影响最大,其次是激振振幅;工艺参数交互作用时,高频振动时效效果受激振频率和激振振幅的交互作用的影响最大,其次是激振频率和激振时间的交互作用。基于多元函数逼近的高频振动时效工艺参数研究方法的提出,为揭示工艺参数独立作用和交互作用对高频振动时效效果的影响提供了技术思路,同时为高频振动时效工艺参数的制定提供了参考,具有一定的工程应用价值

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the influence of the independent action and interaction of technological parameters on the effect of high frequency vibratory stress relief (VSR),a research method on technological parameters of high frequency VSR was proposed based on multivariate function approximation.Based on the multivariate function approximation method,the quantitative function model between the effect and the technological parameters of high frequency VSR was established.The experimental construction method of the quantitative function model was given.The quantitative function model was established based on the experimental results.On this basis, the influence of the independent action and interaction of technological parameters on the effect of high frequency VSR was studied.The results show that the effect of high frequency VSR is most affected by the excitation frequency when the single technological parameter acts independently,and the excitation amplitude is the second;when the technological parameters interact,the effect of high frequency VSR is most affected by the interaction of the excitation frequency and the excitation amplitude,followed by the interaction of the excitation frequency and the excitation time.The proposed method provides a technical idea to reveal the influence of the independent action and interaction of technological parameters on the effect of high frequency VSR and provides basis for the determination of the technological parameters of high frequency VSR,which has definite value in engineering application
