    摘要:

    介绍了磁控形状记忆合金(MSMA)的变形原理及数学模型。针对提升液压元件的响应速度和液压系统工作性能,综述了MSMA在液压流体控制、液压控制阀、微型液压泵等液压领域的应用。提出MSMA在液压元件间隙密封、吸振缓冲、自传感效应方面应用的设想,以期更大程度地提高液压系统的响应性能和工作效率。

    Abstract:

    The deformation principle and mathematical model of magnetic shape memory alloy (MSMA) were introduced.Aiming at improving the response speed of hydraulic components and the working performance of the hydraulic system,the applications of MSMA in the hydraulic fields such as hydraulic fluid control,hydraulic control valve and micro hydraulic pump was reviewed.For improving the responsiveness and work efficiency of the hydraulic system to a greater extent,the conceives of MSMA application in hydraulic components gap sealing,absorbing vibration and selfsensing effect were proposed.
