    摘要:

    针对压力容器表面裂纹安全衰减的时变问题,在表面裂纹安全衰减路径仿真基础上,提出基于路径速度积的裂纹缺陷安全裕度的表征方法,依据疲劳裂纹的扩展速率规律建立了压力容器表面缺陷的剩余寿命算法模型。仿真试验表明:新的方法可以定量精确地表征缺陷的动态安全裕度,并可利用由有限元J积分法求得的裂纹尖端应力强度因子与Paris公式分段迭代求解缺陷的剩余寿命。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the timevarying problem of surface crack safety attenuation of the pressure vessels, based on the simulation of the safety attenuation path for the surface crack, a description method for crack safety margin according to the PPV(product of the defect safety attenuation path and the velocity)was obtained. According to the law of the expansion rate of fatigue crack, the algorithm model of the remaining life for the pressure vessels with surface crack was obtained.The simulation test shows that the dynamic safety margin of the defect can be accurately and quantitatively characterized by the new method. The stress intensity factor can be obtained by the J integral in finite element method. Then remaining life can be obtained by Paris formula
