    摘要:

    激光抛光是一种非接触式材料表面抛光技术,可以在不损耗自身材料的情况下,对材料表面进行抛光处理,这是其他抛光工艺所不具备的特点。激光抛光技术是一种拥有高精度、高效率、无污染等优点的表面加工工艺,为更好地研究钢材料的激光抛光技术,详细总结了近年来国内外钢材料激光抛光技术的发展情况。从激光器选择、仿真模型的建立等方面介绍了钢材料激光抛光的发展趋势,并通过实验证实了在激光抛光后材料表面粗糙度要远低于初始表面。

    Abstract:

    Laser polishing is a non-contact materials surface polishing technology, the surface of the material can be polished without wasting its own materials, which is a feature that other polishing processes do not possess.Laser polishing technology is a surface processing technology with the advantages of high precision, high efficiency and non-pollution.In order to better study the laser polishing technology of steel materials,the development of laser polishing for steel materials at home and abroad in recent years was summarized in detail.The development trend of laser polishing for steel materials was introduced from the aspects of laser selection and simulation model establishment.The experimental results show that the surface roughness of the material after laser polishing is much lower than the initial surface
