    摘要:

    设计一种并联驱动的双向移动平台,该平台由固联于底座上垂直交错的直线移动组件上的滑块驱动,滑块上联结槽型托架,矩形平台的4个侧面与槽型托架之间用移动副相接互为导向,可同时实现两个方向的移动;基于虚功原理和Lagrange法建立了平台的动力学方程;并进行了动力学仿真分析,讨论它在给定外载下实现规定运动时电机所需输出的扭矩,验证了平台运动的可行性与动力学模型的正确性;根据误差独立作用原理对不同类型的误差源做了分析计算,得出了各局部误差,按照误差综合原理对局部误差进行综合,得出工作台在X、Y两个方向上的运动误差限。

    Abstract:

    A bidirectional moving platform driven in parallel was designed. The platform was driven by a slider fixed on a verticallymoving linear moving component on the base. The slider was connected to the slot bracket, and the four sides of the rectangular platform were supported by the slot type. The moving pair was used to guide each other, by which the movement in two directions could be realized at the same time. Based on the virtual work principle and Lagrange method, the dynamic equation of the platform was established. The dynamics simulation analysis was carried out. Given the torque required by the motor to achieve the specified motion under the external load, the feasibility of the platform motion and the correctness of the dynamic model are verified. According to the error independent action principle, different types of error sources were analyzed and calculated to get each local error. The local errors were integrated according to the principle of error synthesis, and the motion error limits in the two directions X and Y of the table were obtained.
