    摘要:

    传统数控走心机下料后,微轴类零件的尺寸测量以及分选码盘几乎都是由人工作业完成,效率低下,容易出错。针对以上问题,提出一款稳定可靠、生产高效的自动化测量与双工位码盘机械设备。该控制系统基于西门子S7300 PLC和博途软件开发,硬件组态、多语言混合编程、人机界面等都在该平台下统一设计,实现了微轴零件皮带输送、方向校正、转运缓存、尺寸测量、双工位码盘等过程的自动化。该设备已经开发完成并应用于生产,检测质量与码盘效率得到很大提高。

    Abstract:

    The size measurement and stacking for microshaft parts produced by the traditional walking machine are mostly completed by manual work, which is inefficient and errorprone. Aimed at the above problems, a mechanical device with stable, reliable, highefficiency automatic measurement and doublestation stacking equipment was proposed. The control system was developed based on Siemens S7300 PLC and TIA Portal software, and hardware configuration, multilingual mixed programming, manmachine interface and so on were all designed under this platform. The automation of the belt conveying, direction correction, transfer buffer, size measurement and doublestation stacking for the microshaft parts was realized. The equipment has been developed and applied, and the quality of measurement and the efficiency of stacking have been greatly improved.
