    摘要:

    磨加工主动测量控制仪已广泛运用到磨削加工中,提高了磨削加工的精度和自动化水平。针对主动量仪存在的数码管显示、界面不直观、功能单一、精度低、成本高等问题,提出一种基于STM32的嵌入式磨加工主动量仪。建立基于STM32主控芯片和信号电路的硬件系统,运用模块化设计方法实现软件系统的开发,完成人机交互界面的设计。利用数字滤波、断续表面差值修正法、尺寸预报模型等数据处理技术,实现磨加工主动量仪的测量与控制功能。通过磨削加工实验验证了该主动量仪的可行性,该嵌入式磨加工主动量仪对提高磨削加工自动化程度有一定的积极作用

    Abstract:

    Grinding active measuring instrument has been widely used in grinding process,which improves the efficiency and automation level of grinding process.Aiming at the problems of digital tube display,nonintuitive interface,single function,low precision and high cost of active measuring instrument,an embedded grinding active measuring instrument based on STM32 was proposed.The hardware system based on STM32 main control chip and signal circuit was established,the modular design method was used to develop the software control system,and the design of manmachine interface was realized.By using the data processing techniques such as digital filtering,intermittent surface difference correction method and size prediction model,the measurement and control functions of the grinding active measuring instrument were completed.The feasibility of the active measuring instrument was verified by the actual grinding experiment.This embedded grinding active measuring instrument has positive effect on improving the degree of grinding automation
