      针对隧道维修钢板安装的现状,设计一款七自由度的隧道维修钢板安装机械臂。利用SolidWorks软件对机械臂进行三维实体建模,为确保机械臂设计的合理性,运用SolidWorks与ANSYS Workbench相结合的方法对运动范围内极限工况下的机械臂进行静态和模态分析,得到应力应变云图和固有频率及其振型图。结果表明:机械臂结构强度满足设计要求,在工作中可以有效避免共振的发生。研究结果为机械臂进一步优化设计提供了参考
英文摘要:
      Aimed at the current situation of steel plate installation in tunnel maintenance,a 7-DOF steel plate installation manipulator was designed.SolidWorks software was used to carry out 3D solid modeling for the manipulator.In order to ensure the rationality of the design of the manipulator,the manipulator was analyzed under limit conditions in the motion range.The static and modal state of the manipulator were analyzed by using SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench,and the stress strain nephograms and natural frequency and vibration pattern diagrams were obtained.The results show that the structural strength of the manipulator meets the design requirements,and the resonance can be effectively avoided in work.It provides reference for the further optimization design of the manipulator.
