    摘要:

    为了分析列车架控制动系统配套电子称重阀的关键特性,利用AMESim软件建立电子称重阀的仿真模型,研究反馈节流孔大小、先导节流孔大小2个关键参数对电子称重阀充气性能的影响规律,同时分析主调节器复位弹簧力大小对电子称重阀控制精度的影响规律,结果表明:反馈节流孔径大于1 mm时,电子称重阀无过充现象;先导节流孔径大于0.8 mm时,电子称重阀充气时间满足要求;主调节器复位弹簧力越大,电子称重阀控制精度越低。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze the key characteristics of the electronic weighing valve,which was contained in the bogiecontrolled braking system, the simulation model of a electronic weighing valve was established by using AMESim software.The influence of the different feedback throttle and the different pilot throttle on the inflatable performance of the electronic weighing valve was studied, and the influence of the reset spring force of the main regulator on the control accuracy of the electronic weighing valve was analyzed. The results show that there is no overcharge phenomenon in the electronic weighing valve when the diameter of the feedback throttle is greater than1 mm; when the diameter of the pilot throttle is greater than 0.8 mm, the response time of the electronic weighing valve meets the requirements; the greater the reset spring force of the main regulator, the lower the control accuracy of electronic weighing valve.
