    摘要:

    利用AMESim软件对悬挂式单轨列车制动系统进行建模,仿真分析列车在3种载荷(AW0、AW2和AW3)工况下最大常用制动、快速制动和紧急制动列车时的制动时间、制动距离和制动减速度等制动性能,并计算列车制动冲击率。结果表明:提前一定时间施加液压制动力可以有效地改善在电制动力和液压制动力相互切换过程中出现的制动冲击率过大的现象。

    Abstract:

    AMESim software was used to model the braking system of the suspension monorail train.The braking time,braking distance and braking deceleration in the full service braking,fast braking and emergency braking trains under three load conditions,namely,AW0,AW2 and AW3,were simulated and analyzed,and the impact rate of the train braking was calculated.The results show that applying hydraulic braking force in advance for a certain time can effectively improve the phenomenon of excessive braking impact rate in the process of switching between electric braking force and hydraulic braking force.
