    摘要:

    为保证零件加工精度,研究定位导向盘防加工变形的工艺措施。通过对定位导向盘进行结构分析,确定了加工难点。制定合理的加工工艺,提出预补偿、胎具工装、一槽+两销孔配合3种防加工变形工艺措施。介绍了3种工艺措施及其组合措施用于定位导向盘防加工变形的具体过程。论述了3种工艺措施的优缺点和适用范围。加工实践结果表明:利用3种工艺措施及其组合措施均能解决定位导向盘加工变形问题,验证了这些工艺措施的有效性。3种工艺措施及其组合措施为解决类似大直径、难加工材料或高精度盘类结构零件的加工变形问题提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the processing accuracy of the parts, the technological measures to prevent the deformation of the positioning guide plate were studied. Through the structural analysis of the positioning guide plate, the processing difficulties were determined. Reasonable processing technology was developed, and three antideformation technology measures were put forward, including precompensation, tooling, one groove and two pin holes. The specific process of the three technological measures and their combination measures used to prevent the deformation of the positioning guide plate were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the three technological measures and their application scope were discussed. The results of processing practice show that the three technological measures and their combined measures can be used to solve the processing deformation problem of the positioning guide plate, and the effectiveness of these technological measures is verified. The three technological measures and their combined measures provide reference for solving the processing deformation problems of similar largediameter, difficulttomachine materials or highprecision disc structure parts.
