    摘要:

    为了提高空调冷凝器折弯机多轴伺服驱动系统的稳定性和经济性,提出一种基于现场可编程门整列(FPGA)的多轴伺服驱动系统接口电路设计方案。通过FPGA实现了一种可支持8轴的脉冲多模式发送接口电路,可以适配伺服驱动器,对原有的空调冷凝器折弯机数控系统进行升级。采用硬件描述语言(Verilog HDL),在Quartus prim集成开发环境下,在 Intel Cyclone10LP的FPGA硬件平台上进行验证。实验结果证明,接口电路能够稳定输出,达到空调冷凝器折弯机多轴数控系统的要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the stability and economy of the multi axis servo drive system for air conditioning condenser bending machine,an interface circuit design scheme based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) was proposed for the multi axis servo drive system.A pulse multimode transmission interface circuit supporting up to 8 axes was implemented by using FPGA.It could be used to adapt to the servo driver and upgrade the original CNC system of air conditioning condenser bending machine.Using Verilog HDL language and integrated development environment of Quartus prim,the FPGA interface circuit was tested with Intel Cyclone10LP.The experimental results show that the interface circuit can stably output,meeting the requirements of multi axis CNC system of air conditioning condenser bending machine.
