    摘要:

    综述了机器人用精密减速器的类型与应用现状,重点讨论了RV减速器、谐波行星减速器和住友减速器的特性和研究进展,分析了RV减速器、谐波行星减速器和摆线针轮减速器的精度问题,最后指出了机器人用精密减速器的发展方向是传动比更大、效率更高、传动更平稳、高精度、高性能的减速器,与此同时研究新型减速器是未来发展的方向。

    Abstract:

    The types and application status of precision reducers for robots were reviewed. The characteristics and research progress of RV reducer, harmonic planetary reducer and Sumitomo reducer were emphatically discussed. The accuracy problems of RV reducer, harmonic planetary reducer and cycloid pinwheel reducer were analyzed. It was pointed out that the development direction of precision reducer for robot was to study new reducers with higher transmission ratio, higher efficiency, smoother transmission, high accuracy and high performance. At the same time, the study of new reducer was the direction of future development.
