    摘要:

    为模拟电梯典型故障动作及困人事件,研发4层电梯模拟系统。运用实际的电梯控制器系统、PLC、传感器、步进电机和相关控制电路分别对电梯模型和实体轿厢实现协同控制。实验表明,该系统可安装和运行在普通办公空间环境中,且在不破坏电梯结构的情况下,实现模拟电梯运维和电梯日常工作中的典型故障和多种困人场景的功能,为电梯故障检测、电梯异常实验、电梯运维和培训提供实验和科研平台,同时对实际电梯的改进和新技术应用具有一定的借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    A 4-floor elevator simulation system was developed to simulate typical elevator failure and elevator trapped people events.The actual elevator controller system, PLC, sensor, stepper motor and related control circuit were used to realize the collaborative control of the elevator model and the physical cage respectively.The experiment results show that the system can be installed and operated in ordinary office space environment, and can simulate typical failures in elevator operation and daily work and a variety scene of elevator trapped people without destroying the elevator structure.The system provides an experimental and scientific research platform for elevator fault detection, elevator state anomaly experiment, elevator operation maintenance and training, and has certain reference significance for practical elevator improvement and new technology application.
