    摘要:

    设计一种评定液压油综合性能的液压泵试验台,阐述该试验台主要功能要求与性能指标。介绍该试验台液压系统的设计组成和工作原理,对系统重要元件及其功率回收率进行计算。对试验台加载系统进行数学推导与建模,并应用MATLAB仿真分析其动态特性。结果表明:该试验台加载特性良好,能满足对液压油性能测试的工况要求。

    Abstract:

    A kind of hydraulic pump test bench for evaluating the performance of hydraulic oil was designed,the main function requirements and performance indicators of the test bench were described.The design composition and working principle of the hydraulic system of the test bench were introduced,and the important components of the system and their power recovery rate were calculated.The mathematical derivation and modeling for the loading system of the test bench were carried out,and its dynamic performance was analyzed by using MATLAB software simulation.The results show that the test bench has good loading characteristics and can meet the requirements of working conditions for hydraulic oil performance testing.
