    摘要:

    基于LabVIEW软件开发了一套用于钻孔测斜设备承压性能试验的系统,系统采用了气动增压泵作为压力加载单元的执行元件,高精度压力传感器作为整个系统的闭环控制反馈元件,将虚拟仪器技术与PLC控制技术相结合,实时控制电气比例阀来实现系统加压的功能。该系统不仅可以设置水压试验的压力大小、升压速率及保压时间,还可以设定疲劳试验的次数,根据这些参数可以设置多种形式的试验方案,从而对受试样品进行准确加压。系统能显示整个试验过程中的实时p-t曲线、保压时间,能对系统的工作状态进行有效监控。实现了数据的自动显示/自动记录,试验结果自动输入数据库保存,且通过导出报表自动生成图文并茂的试验记录单和检验报告单并打印输出

    Abstract:

    A set of pressure bearing performance test system for borehole inclinometer was developed based on LabVIEW. In the system, pneumatic booster pump was used as the actuator of the pressure loading unit, highprecision pressure sensor was used as the closed-loop control feedback element of the whole system.Through the combination of virtual instrument technology and PLC control technology,the electric proportional valve was controlled in real time to realize the pressurization function of the system. By using the system, not only the pressure, pressure boost rate and pressure holding time of the hydrostatic test can be set, but also the number of fatigue tests can be set. Various test schemes can be set according to these parameters to accurately pressurize the tested samples. The system can display the real time p-t curve and hold pressure time in the whole test process, and can effectively monitor the working state of the system.By using the system, the data is automatically displayed and recorded, the test results are automatically input into the database and saved, and the test record sheet and test report sheet are automatically generated and printed out by exporting the report
