    摘要:

    主动悬架的性能通常优于被动悬架。设计了受路面扰动的四分之一汽车主动悬架系统2自由度模型。针对作动器未知非线性死区输入,提出了一种鲁棒控制方案,该控制器可以消除由于参数不确定性对系统造成的不利影响。H∞提高了车辆的乘坐舒适性和操控性,以及系统的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明:鲁棒控制器对系统参数的不确定性具有很强的鲁棒性,它可以有效地消除死区对系统的影响,消除系统其他不可测量的干扰,从而保证系统全局稳定。

    Abstract:

    The performance of active suspension is considered to be better than that of passive suspension. A 2degree of freedom model of quarter car active suspension system was designed, which is subject to road disturbance. A robust control scheme was proposed for input with unknown nonlinear dead zone. The controller can eliminate the residual vibration caused by the inaccurate parameters. H∞ controller improves vehicle ride comfort and handling capabilities as well as system robustness. The simulation results show that the H∞ controller is robust to the uncertainty of system parameters. It can effectively reduce the harmful influence of the dead zone on the system, control unpredictable interference within the input range, and provide overall stability of the active suspension.
