    摘要:

    可靠性分析是判断液压系统和元件可靠性的一种关键技术。贝叶斯网络是液压系统可靠性分析的常用方法。然而,在实际工程中,液压系统的不确定性和多态性使得传统贝叶斯网络可靠性分析的性能下降。基于此,提出了一种基于证据理论的改进贝叶斯网络液压系统可靠性分析方法。首先,利用证据理论的似然概率和信任概率描述根节点的失效可能性区间,有效处理了液压系统的不确定信息,准确地提取了根节点的故障概率;然后,基于贝叶斯推理获取叶节点的故障概率和根节点的灵敏度区间,有效描述了液压系统的多态性。液压系统可靠性分析实例表明:该方法具有很强的不确定信息处理能力和多态性分析能力。实例分析结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Reliability analysis is a key technology to determine the reliability of hydraulic systems and components. Bayesian networks are a common method for reliability analysis of hydraulic systems. However, in practical engineering, the uncertainty and polymorphism of the hydraulic system degrade the performance of traditional Bayesian network reliability analysis. Based on this, this paper proposes an improved reliability analysis method for Bayesian network hydraulic system based on evidence theory. Firstly, the likelihood probability and trust probability of the evidence theory are used to describe the failure probability interval of the root node, which effectively processes the uncertain information of the hydraulic system and accurately extracts the failure probability of the root node. Then, based on Bayesian inference, the fault probability of the leaf node and the sensitivity interval of the root node are obtained, which effectively describes the polymorphism of the hydraulic system. The example of hydraulic system reliability analysis shows that the present method has strong uncertain information processing ability and polymorphism analysis ability. The analysis results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
