    摘要:

    为研究预紧力失谐对存在大量结合面的分布式拉杆转子固有频率的影响,通过试验分析与有限元结合的方法研究了预紧失谐对固有频率的影响。建立考虑结合面接触刚度的拉杆转子失谐有限元模型并进行模态分析;设计并搭建了分布式拉杆转子固有频率测量试验台,测量在不同失谐情况下拉杆转子的第1阶固有频率,验证有限元模型的准确性。仿真与试验结果表明:拉杆转子的预紧力失谐量相同时,固有频率随失谐拉杆数量的增加而下降;验证了失谐拉杆转子动力学模型的准确性。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of pretension detuning on the natural frequency of a distributed tierod rotor with a large number of joint surfaces, the influence of pretension detuning on the natural frequency was studied by combining experimental analysis with finite element method.The detuning finite element model of the tierod rotor considering the contact stiffness of the joint surface was established and modal analysis was carried out. A test bed for natural frequency measurement of distributed tierod rotor was designed and built to measure the first-order natural frequency of the tierod rotor under different detuning conditions and verify the accuracy of the finite element model.The simulation and test results show that the natural frequency decreases with the increase of the number of detuning rods when the pretightening detuning of the rod rotor is same, which verifies the accuracy of the dynamic model of the detuning rod fastening rotor.
