    摘要:

    基于故障因素对行星齿轮系统动态特性的影响,用赫兹接触理论,在考虑齿面接触刚度特性的条件下引入弯曲刚度,建立新的传动系统动力学模型。利用扭簧刚度变化分别引入太阳轮裂纹和断齿2种故障因素,分别模拟了行星齿轮传动系统在不同故障因素影响下的运转状态。通过分析动载荷谱、太阳轮浮动轨迹研究故障因素对行星齿轮传动系统动态特性的影响。结果表明:太阳轮出现裂纹故障时,太阳轮浮动轨迹随着裂纹的加深逐渐扩大;在经过裂纹轮齿时,行星轮与内齿圈啮合力振幅少量增加;太阳轮出现断齿故障时,太阳轮浮动轨迹在啮合处发生瞬时大幅度偏移;行星轮与内齿圈啮合力振幅较大,在频域图的低频区域出现大量边频带;故障因素对传动系统的影响随工况条件的改变而变化。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the influence of fault factors on the dynamic characteristics of planetary gear transmission system, the Hertz contact theory was used to establish a new dynamic model of transmission system by introducing bending stiffness under the condition of considering the contact stiffness characteristics of tooth surface. The change of torsion spring stiffness was used to introduce the two fault factors of solar wheel crack and broken teeth respectively; the operating states of the planetary gear transmission system under the influence of different fault factors were simulated respectively. By analyzing the dynamic load spectrum and the floating trajectory of the solar wheel, the influence of fault factors on the dynamic characteristics of the planetary gear transmission system was studied. The results show that the floating trajectory of the solar wheel expands gradually with the deepening of the crack when the solar wheel has a crack fault; the amplitude of the meshing force between the planetary wheel and the inner gear ring increases slightly when it passes through the cracked gear teeth; the floating trajectory of the solar wheel instantaneously and substantially deviates at the meshing point when the broken teeth occurs; the amplitude of the meshing force between the planetary wheel and the inner gear ring is larger, and a large number of side bands appear in the low frequency region of the frequency domain diagram; the influence of fault factors on the transmission system varies with the change of working conditions.
