    根据海底沉积物原位测量同步采样系统在海底原位测量过程中的工作要求设计温度探杆,搭建与测试该系统的温度测量单元。温度测量单元采集STM32F407主控板采集的温度传感器数据。以DHX010恒温水槽为标准,对NTC10K型传感器、温度探杆和Pt100型传感器进行了静态与动态测量。测得NTC10K的最大稳态误差为0.71 ℃,温度探杆的最大稳态误差为0.62 ℃,Pt100型传感器的最大稳态误差为0.8 ℃;测得NTC10K型传感器、温度探杆和Pt100型传感器从室温阶跃变化到15 ℃时的动态响应时间。研究结论为海底原位观测系统的温度测量和运动控制提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    According to the requirements of the synchronous sampling system of seabed sediments insitu measurement, the temperature probe rod was designed, and the temperature measuring unit of the system was constructed and tested. The temperature measuring unit was used to collect the temperature sensor data collected by the STM32F407 main control board. Taking the DHX010 thermostat as the standard, the static and dynamic measurements for the NTC10K sensor, temperature probe and Pt100 sensor were carried out. The maximum steadystate error of NTC10K is 0.71 ℃, the maximum steadystate error of temperature probe is 0.62 ℃, and the maximum steadystate error of Pt100 sensor is 0.8 ℃. The dynamic response time of the NTC10K sensor, the temperature probe and the Pt100 sensor when the temperature step changed from room temperature to 15 ℃ was measured. It provides reference for the temperature measurement and motion control for the seabed in situ observation system.
