    摘要:

    为缩短仓储物流行业中自动导引小车的开发设计周期,构建自动导引小车的仿真模型。从质量和质心出发,采用拉格朗日法建立差速驱动自动导引小车本体的动力学方程。对电机部分进行分析,建立电压响应方程。通过将二者结合,建立负载与质心可变的差速驱动自动导引小车完整的动力学整车模型。通过MATLAB仿真,与实际系统的速度响应进行了对比分析。结果表明:所设计的负载与质心可变的差速驱动自动导引小车动力学整车模型与实际系统的响应误差在一个量级中,验证了动力学整车模型的正确性和可行性。

    Abstract:

    In order to shorten the development and design cycle of automatic guided vehicle (AGV) in the warehouse logistics industry,the simulation model of the AGV was constructed.Based on the mass and the center of mass,the dynamic equation of differential driven AGV body was established by using Lagrange method.The motor part was analyzed,and the voltage response equation was established.By combining the above two equations,a complete dynamic model of differential driven AGV with variable load and mass center was finally established.Through MATLAB simulation,the speed response of the actual system was compared and analyzed.The results show that the response error of the designed complete dynamic model of differential driven AGV with variable load and mass center has in the same order of magnitude as that of the actual system,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the complete dynamic model.
