脱模剂喷涂机器人末端喷头的热特性分析及实验研究

    以汽车零部件压铸企业某型号脱模剂喷涂机器人末端喷头为研究对象,使用有限元仿真对若干个压铸节拍内末端喷头进行热特性分析,得到末端喷头的瞬态温度场云图。使用红外线热成像仪记录400个生产节拍内压铸机内部温度特性数据,筛选处理热成像仪温度数据,有限元仿真与实验结果的最大平均相对误差为474%。综合实验数据及有限元温度场可得出:脱模剂末端喷头在整个压铸生产中处于周期式的冷热循环中,喷头表面温度的最大温差达9.8 ℃,喷嘴面板的最大变形量为0.083 6 mm,最小变形量为0.028 9 mm,末端喷头的喷嘴面板有发生热疲劳的倾向。

    Abstract:

    Taking the bottom sprayhead of a certain type of mold release agent spraying robot in automobile parts diecasting enterprise as the research object, the finite element simulation was used to analyze the thermal characteristics of bottom sprayhead in several diecasting cycle time,and the transient temperature field of the model was obtained. Then,the infrared thermal imager was used to record the internal temperature characteristic data of the die casting machine within 400 production cycles,and the thermal imager temperature data were filtered and processed, the maximum mean relative error between finite element simulation results and experimental results was 4.74%.Based on the experimental data and finite element temperature field, it can be concluded that:in the whole diecasting production, the bottom sprayhead is in the periodic cold and hot cycle; the maximum temperature difference on the surface of the bottom sprayhead is 9.8 ℃, the maximum deformation of the nozzle panel is 0.083 6 mm, and the minimum deformation is 0.028 9 mm, there is a tendency to heat fatigue for the panel of the bottom sprayhead.
